		<description>I ask myself the same question whenever I see &quot;campus police&quot; writing tickets to bike riders. I think we should encourage people to ride their bikes to campus, someone needs to come up with a productive activity for police officers that doesn&#039;t negatively affect the public, any takers?</description>
